A well appointed, attractive 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, beach front condo on the most spectacular peaceful bay on the west coast of Barbados. The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 6 individuals.
The condo is in itself, an art gallery with one of a kind international art. The furnishings are comfortable and welcoming, and all less than 4 years old. The units’ large terrace is accessed by wall to wall glass doors from the living room and the master bedroom. The terrace includes a large dining area and generous socializing area with natural plants and flowers that tastefully adorn the space which enhances the charm of the natural surroundings of the Caribbean.
All 3 bedrooms are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and the ensuite bathroom has a very large double rain shower unit, just recently built, a double vanity and toilet. The 2 other bathrooms have a shower, toilet and single vanity units.
The newly remodeled modern kitchen comes complete with all new stainless steel appliances, a separate wine cooler and a 3-person bar/breakfast seating.
The living room is attractive and accommodating to large crowds or comfortable lounging with lots of seating, with wall-to-wall doors that lead to the open-air terrace. The room contains a 65” inch new LED Smart TV with Apple TV and Sonos soundbar that can connect to one's own Smartphone to access your own media and music library.
The Bedrooms include:
Master Bedroom
King size bed, with a standable automatic desk that has a printer and large computer screen to hook into, a wall mounted large LED Smart TV with Apple TV and Sonos sounds bar.
The First Bedroom
Has a King-sized bed and generous en-suite washroom, shelves and clothing hanging space.
The Second Bedroom
Contains a Queen-sized bed and an attached 3 piece washroom with built in wardrobe for storing your beach clothing and more.
The Neighborhood:
A true paradise, warm fresh breezes, clear cerulean/turquoise ocean waters lapping at your toes, fine soft white sand to wander the shores and gorgeous pink sunsets . But, there is more - great food, music, gardens and sight seeing attractions.
Paynes Bay beach is generally considered the best beach on the "platinum" west coast of Barbados. The walk along the beach is very good - particularly first thing in the morning and at sundown. Turning right, you can walk up past Sandy Lane hotel. Turning south (left) you can walk down to the Cliff restaurant and QP Bistro for snacks, dining and a sundowner drink(s) and live music – a perfect ending to a beach day.
The local west coast restaurants are top notch with many close by, such as our neighboring Sandy Lane Hotel’s – L’Acajou (fine dining & elegant), Bajan Blu (beachside dining, many options and always great). Further north up the road are Tides, the Fishpot, Sea Shed, the Lone Star (gorgeous upscale glamourous seaside dining), Nishi, Fusion (top of Limegrove). Heading slightly south is La Cabane (beach dining with a very chill cool vibe). Reservations are highly recommended for all restaurants, especially during high season.
If you are a runner or walker, head over to Sandy Lane's golf course for exercise in the peaceful open air. If you are a golfer, there are several good courses to choose from, however rather expensive. Sandy Lane's 9 hole course, noted above is quiet most of the time and known to be challenging. Their 18 hole course is well manicured and considered a tough go. A nice spot to have a late lunch is at the 18th hole of the course's Country Club, the view is spectacular, the space is relaxing and always peacefully quiet. The course at Ape's Hill is the newest course on the island and reputably the finest.
Paynes Bay is lucky to have a paddle board, kayak and surfboard rental business just several doors down. In addition, on the beach you can find various waters sports available to rent or commission e.g. Jet skis, small sailboats, water ski boats & glass-bottomed boats for reef viewing.
The condo has one parking spot should you decide to rent a car, which is helpful for getting around the island and to and from the local grocery store, Massey (in Holetown approx 1.4km).
For better wines and alcohol, Wine World in Holetown is a good choice and across the street from Limegrove and Massey. Other local shopping includes an upscale mall – Limegrove, which has upper end name brands (Cartier, Breitling, Ralph Lauren) as well as local women’s clothing shops with nice beach/resort wear and most of all are duty free. The mall is also home to several casual and upscale restaurants that include both indoor air conditioned space and open air dining.
Behind Limegrove mall, there is a decent gym, Level Up, that does short term drop in accounts. The gym is 24 hours, and has both an inside air conditioned space and well equipped open air training space.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund up to one month before the date of arrival. Thereafter, it is 50% refund within the last month.
Check out time is 12 pm to allow for turn around for other incoming guests.
Check in time is 4pm, which we try to adhere to but may have some flexibility if time allows. As such, please contact me directly to discuss via email.
